My first time of going into this store .... You can always tell just walking into a store if their Staff members are being looked after and treated well by a company, but unfortunately, in this store I got a feeling they're not!! They appeared very short staffed and very very overworked!! But having said that they were all sincerely trying their best,at all times! I perceive that the over worked staff members probably don't receive enough support from those above ie... Upper management or the Owners of the business/company . Having worked in the retail industry for many years myself, I could easily see this in this store 😞 On a positive note the products look quite good.

Bought 2 single swags on the 7th sept for a planned camping trip on 20th sept had to write to them on the 10th sept asking when they will dispatch. They replied and dispatched that afternoon. ETA was for Fri 11th sept (was only 1.5 hours drive from my location) never showed. Every day the following week was contacting freight company and was promised next day. Supacentre advised they have to wait the 10 business days to investigate. A week later (day before planned trip) was told was coming and if not could arrange refund / compensation. Well guess what never came and had to cancel trip. Was told Supacentre would contact me after the investigation and once again they fobbed me off. I had to once again chase this up only to be advise they won't do anything even though i told them to have item returned to sender the day before planned trip. Item finally arrived day after planned canceled trip and left at front door. Supacentre won't arrange collection and advised i had to arrange return as its "change of mind". Call centre staff are totally useless and obviously don't care about customers. Was only wanting a reduction in freight costs as had to cancel trip with family which as a business owner is what we used to do to keep customers happy. I'd advise anyone wanting to purchase an item to better go personally in-store as freight side are useless. On positive note happy with product quality just think the customer call centre needs training (sounds like overseas call center) and dont care about customer care / service.

I bought drawers for my Rexton. When I got home and tried installing it. It was not suitable. It did not fit my car so I returned them. Kings policy is no refund for change of mind. This wasn’t a change of mind, it was a product that was not suitable. They refuse to give me a refund. They gave me a credit. This is ridiculous and not professional. I already got what I needed from Kings and don’t need anything else. BAD RATING GIVEN

So on Friday, 24/10/2025, the Kings 12V 100Ah LiFePO4 battery with a small battery box was $280. Sweet deal! Fast forward to Sunday when I pop into the Sunshine Coast store to grab it, and suddenly it’s $315. 🤔 Okay, inflation moves fast these days, but 12% in two days? What the!!! Then I see the battery alone is $339 (up from $229 on Friday). So the combo with the box is cheaper than the battery by itself, but more expensive than it was two days ago. Confused yet? So was the guy working there when I pointed it out. But wait, there’s more! I ask if he can match the Friday price, and he says he can’t. Unimpressed, I pop out to the car and do a little digging online. Interestingly, I find the same battery with a rechargeable LED work light for $229 (not that I wanted the light, but anyway). Further digging shows a standalone battery box for $60, and voilà, I’m back to $289. So: - Battery + Box = $315 (was $280 two days ago), - Battery + Light + Box = $289 (my workaround combo), - Battery alone = $339 (was $229 two days ago). I pop back into the store and show the same guy my little discovery. Man, was he impressed, and even more confused. He rang it up with a look that said, “I don’t get it either.” 😂 Maths is clearly optional at the 4WD Super Centre. Honestly, Kings should just market it as a “Choose Your Own Pricing Adventure.” Great gear, but bring a calculator and a sense of humour to work out their specials. I truly feel for the person that's walked out of that store paying $339 for just the battery. Kings have taken you for a sucker unfortunately. Response to 4WD Supercentre's attempt to justify their mystery pricing: Hi Jayden, Thanks for the reply, but I have to say, your response hasn’t exactly done you (or Kings) any favours. In fact, you’ve pretty much confirmed that I got ripped off and ended up the sucker in this “deal.” If there was a better bundle available (as you’ve now admitted), that information should have been proactively offered by the staff member when I asked if they could honour the original Friday price. Instead, all I got was a shrug and, “Sorry, it is what it is.” No mention of alternatives, no effort to help. Nothing! So not only did I have to piece together my own combo deal, but now I find out, thanks to your response, there was an even better deal sitting there all along that neither I nor your staff member (or did he?) knew about. Feels a bit like Kings is running a mystery prize wheel where the only way to win is by accident. To be fair, Jayden, your response reads a bit like a politician trying to explain why higher taxes are actually a good thing. I appreciate the spin, but it doesn’t change the fact that the customer got stung. Your reply has officially earned a downgrade from 3 stars to 2. Nice work on that one, mate. 👏 Cheers, Dave

Came into the store for a 30L draw fridge. No stock was available so I was shown to the seconds/clearance section. There was a clear sign next to three 30L Draw fridges stating $160 each for a 30L Draw Fridge and I was told they can’t give that price and it’s $190. I asked to speak with management and he was so rude and just made excuses. He refused to give the price advertised for returned/seconds items. Disappointed in their service both times I came in this week. Highly recommend using a company that offers better customer care. Got a picture of advertised price and happy to share it. I use to always use their products but so turned off now by their customer service.
